This Ethics Policy outlines the principles and standards that guide our actions and decisions, ensuring we uphold our values, legal obligations, and ethical responsibilities in all our interactions.
Principles of Conduct
Integrity and Honesty. Act with honesty and integrity in all business dealings. Provide accurate information to clients, candidates, and partners.

Respect and Fairness. Treat all individuals with respect and fairness, irrespective of race, creed, color, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, age, sexual orientation, or gender expression. Promote a work environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, both within our Firm and within the organizations of our clients.

Confidentiality. Safeguard confidential information of the Firm, its clients, its candidates, its partners, and its contractors. Confidential information must be used solely for intended business purposes.

Conflicts of Interest. Refrain from entering into engagements that involve inherent conflicts of interest that could compromise the Firm”s integrity. Notify the Firm if you become aware of an actual or potential conflict of interest.
Compliance with Laws. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations applicable to legal recruiting and staffing services.

Professional Responsibility

Provide clients and candidates with the most accurate and truthful information, subject to our confidentiality obligations and the scope of permission granted by the disclosing client or candidate.

Obtain candidate consent before submitting their information to employers.

Refrain from soliciting a candidate away from a placement made by the Firm.

Refrain from soliciting candidates from offices where placements have been made within the past twelve months.

Reporting and Enforcement. Employees, partners, and clients are encouraged to report any violations of this policy to the Firm. Reported violations will be investigated promptly and impartially by a designated investigating committee. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent reasonably possible. Violations of this Ethics Policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of partnership, employment, or contractual engagement.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement. The Firm is dedicated to continuous improvement in its ethical practices. This Ethics Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure it remains current and effective.
